Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dobrin Cormoran started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Burriss's Truman Hinton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Abe Atwood tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Francisco Seco put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sakarias Berggren. In the 16th play minute Dobrin Cormoran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 20th minute of play forced Burriss's goalkeeper Sakarias Berggren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Dobrin Cormoran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Joaquin Gayoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Dobrin Cormoran came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dobrin Cormoran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dobrin Cormoran succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 45th playminute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Burriss booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friday Sobota in the 55th minute of play. Mack Sansouci hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Burriss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merle Pendleton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobrin Cormoran in the 64th minute of play. The corner led Burriss's Truman Hinton to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Gayoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dobrin Cormoran's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Burriss's Sakarias Berggren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Burriss from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobrin Cormoran in the 80th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mack Sansouci made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert. After 86 played minutes Burriss got a freekick which was hit by Mack Sansouci. Friday Sobota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Friday Sobota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Burriss's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
