The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Sakarias Berggren in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abe Atwood took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Sakarias Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Aaron Barrios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burriss the free kick. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Friday Sobota, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Burriss's Sakarias Berggren got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Burriss players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
