The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Villa's late challenge caught a Black Dragon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Villa helped the player get up and apologised. 21 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Zaki Rakasiwi came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rama Sudaryanto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Markus Rotinsulu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Rama Sudaryanto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. In the 33rdth minute of the game Zaki Rakasiwi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 34 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rama Sudaryanto having to interfere. The supporters of Honduras booed when Black Dragon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Tedjamukti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nico Tedjamukti kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute of the match Victor Hasudungan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro skillfully saved the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaki Rakasiwi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Dragon FC the free kick. Ivan Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 63 in the game by Markus Rotinsulu from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 77 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zaki Rakasiwi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rama Sudaryanto having to make a save. In the 83rd minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rama Sudaryanto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Younky Andeas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black Dragon FC's Rama Sudaryanto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Honduras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Black Dragon FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Black Dragon FC.
