Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. UD Fuerteventura's Lajos Révész proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save UD Fuerteventura from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Lajos Révész took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lajos Révész was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Andino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. When UD Fuerteventura's Geovani Barral in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Geovani Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Barral in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Geovani Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Fuerteventura's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovani Barral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Lajos Révész didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 44th minute, Geovani Barral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 47thth minute of the game Claris Quiroga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claris Quiroga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UD Fuerteventura's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Montenegro in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lajos Révész prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. UD Fuerteventura's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 59th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Geovani Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, UD Fuerteventura's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Lajos Révész reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Gisbert made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Andino however managed to control. With an all-out effort, UD Fuerteventura's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Geovani Barral, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lajos Révész came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Lajos Révész took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing UD Fuerteventura to leave the ground with a draw.
