Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. Methee Kutas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Zdzislaw Jestrimski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zdzislaw Jestrimski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 9th minute of the match. FC United's Zdzislaw Jestrimski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 11th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 13th minute. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that FC United's Zdzislaw Jestrimski managed to reach the ball for a save. FC United's Zdzislaw Jestrimski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Joel Gaona's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zdzislaw Jestrimski was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Zdzislaw Jestrimski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 19th minute of play. Zdzislaw Jestrimski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maciej Winograd kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 25 played minutes FC United got a freekick which was hit by Methee Kutas. 27 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kıvanç Baysungur came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Zdzislaw Jestrimski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Zdzislaw Jestrimski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zdzislaw Jestrimski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zdzislaw Jestrimski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beniamin Bejger in the 38th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Kıvanç Baysungur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlo Puglielli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Jestrimski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, FC United's Zdzislaw Jestrimski got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tafalla in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zdzislaw Jestrimski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kıvanç Baysungur in the 66th minute of the match. After 67 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beniamin Bejger who took care of the corner kick. In the 69th minute Carlo Puglielli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when FC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Winograd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdzislaw Jestrimski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 76th minute of the match. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Facundo Cadaval got free with Zdzislaw Jestrimski in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Puglielli in the 96th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
