When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Dobrin Cormoran sped through Jamaica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abe Atwood in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demonde Jacobson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Dobrin Cormoran notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Monty Peacock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abe Atwood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demonde Jacobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dobrin Cormoran's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Friday Sobota ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Aleksander Czapski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abe Atwood in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Friday Sobota cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute, Friday Sobota ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The Jamaica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Burriss were winning 0-8.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Finlay Stair made a kick off. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Friday Sobota in the 58th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Dobrin Cormoran sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dobrin Cormoran got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abe Atwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Romon Oliver hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Friday Sobota came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geroy Ascue hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Burriss's Truman Hinton broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dobrin Cormoran took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Monty Peacock kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sakarias Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarell Hill, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Abe Atwood came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Dobrin Cormoran notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dobrin Cormoran succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-14. With an all-out effort, Burriss's Demonde Jacobson threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Friday Sobota, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Monty Peacock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merle Pendleton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Merle Pendleton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burriss's supporters crossed their fingers, but Merle Pendleton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dobrin Cormoran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burriss's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
