Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dan Mihele got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Axel Tasis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pardina's Vlad Chihaia got a free kick in the 4th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 13th minute when Ion Pârâianu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 24th minute Ion Pârâianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pardina's Ion Pârâianu got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 34th minute. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calistrat Musceleanu in the 38th minute of play. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Dan Mihele scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Mugur Tăbăcaru made a huge save. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Robert Stoica hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Dan Mihele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Mihele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Ion Pârâianu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Mihele's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Mihele came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pardina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
