Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 31st minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mert Günok. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Jarkko Laatikainen sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü could leave the field as winners, despite Peru having more of the ball for most of the match.
