Broom of the System DA13's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Florin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Florin in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Prospero Florin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Broom of the System DA13's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Tomas Illescas scored to the left of an out of position Comunardo Caretti, making the score, 2-1. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 63rd minute, Roberto Meschaninov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Florin might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Prospero Florin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustinian Prelipceanu in the 72nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Broom of the System DA13 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Florin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Comunardo Caretti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Broom of the System DA13 fully deserved thier win.
