Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Raul Abadia got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cura del Futbol's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Cura del Futbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bonifacio Loramendi thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Eriberto Erlantz, a very annoying self made goal in the 10th minute which led to 0-1. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Alfred Pawelczyk sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Alfred Pawelczyk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfred Pawelczyk really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Alfred Pawelczyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Natalio Gergori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cura del Futbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Natalio Gergori hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Raul Abadia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Cura del Futbol from getting a goal against them. Eriberto Erlantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 77th minute. Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gogo Anaya fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cura del Futbol's protests and gave Gogo Anaya a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
