Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Orhan Tuncer, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Orhan Tuncer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alptuğ Boğataş in the 14th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alptuğ Boğataş in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Ali Orhan Tuncer in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ali Orhan Tuncer quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Lonzo in the 21st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gisbert got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ali Orhan Tuncer made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alptuğ Boğataş in the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Gisbert made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luis Andino. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Temel Koçak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by MAVİ İSTANBUL FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that MAVİ İSTANBUL FC's Ali Orhan Tuncer managed to reach the ball for a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ali Orhan Tuncer came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Orhan Tuncer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute of play forced MAVİ İSTANBUL FC's goalkeeper Ali Orhan Tuncer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Alptuğ Boğataş hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes MAVİ İSTANBUL FC got a freekick which was hit by Doğa Baycan. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Lonzo in the 74th minute. After 76 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Temel Koçak who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to MAVİ İSTANBUL FC's Bektaş Ali Tunay getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Lonzo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Orhan Tuncer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Alptuğ Boğataş sent off a good shot on target. Ramon Lonzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Bektaş Ali Tunay hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alptuğ Boğataş.
