Anselmo Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Nóbrega didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Jorge Fantini notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. After 28 minutes of play, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Jorge Fantini made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 39 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agnaldo Diniz who took care of the corner kick. In the 41st minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian de Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jorge Fantini was the one to do the kick off. Luca Espinar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Willian de Alcântara. Willian de Alcântara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes in the game César Moraes did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Agnaldo Diniz. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Caetano Moreira in the 70 minute of the game. In the 75th minute of the game Caetano Moreira made a throw-in which Agnaldo Diniz played forward. Jorge Fantini's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Germano Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willian de Alcântara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Angelo Mattos's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Mattos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Mattos to maneuver through the defense. THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
