Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jan-Erik Tunberg started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Polly Magoo Juniors getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Roy Johnsson hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Tunberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Jan-Erik Tunberg made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Fågel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Mariano Lacasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 36th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's attack was well implemented in the 40th minute, but when Mariano Lacasa was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Tunberg in the 45th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Polly Magoo Juniors were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Erik Tunberg got free with Thiago Pliego in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Casaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omero Zubiaga during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Polly Magoo Juniors getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Omero Zubiaga hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Markus Fågel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omero Zubiaga to maneuver through the defense. After 61 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Roy Johnsson. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Pedro Indiano hit a great ball. Chile's Orlando Casaus got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Polly Magoo Juniors's Isac Wållander was substituted for Gösta Bergman. The throw-in from Xavier Figueroa in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Polly Magoo Juniors's German Cibran. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isak Stålman went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 85th minute. Xavier Figueroa made a great header on Chile's corner, it was just that Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel managed to reach the ball for a save. After taking down the ball on Polly Magoo Juniors's corner Roy Johnsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. In the 93rd minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Fågel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
