Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guido Bartolome got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Lα Sυв 21's Guido Bartolome sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luca Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Merexildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 8 minutes Lα Sυв 21's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ernesto Merexildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bartolome got free with Dante Lacasa in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute, Severiano Enekoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernesto Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 28th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Luca Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Ernesto Merexildo. Lα Sυв 21's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Mexico booed when Lα Sυв 21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luca Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ernesto Merexildo made a huge save. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Enekoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lα Sυв 21's Fulgencio Bidari was substituted for Guido Bartolome. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Ernesto Merexildo in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Prudencio Tibalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Joel Gaona from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Ernesto Merexildo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ernesto Merexildo came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Vegetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Bidari in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ernesto Merexildo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Lα Sυв 21's Ernesto Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto Merexildo having to make a save. In the 85th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Lα Sυв 21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Ernesto Merexildo to make any attempt to save it. The Lα Sυв 21 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
