Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) CA Juventud Unida's Rainer Marthaler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CA Juventud Unida's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 2nd minute of play. After 5 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Reyes. After 6 played minutes, CA Juventud Unida's Ján Hanzel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rolando Noboa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CA Juventud Unida reached it. Emil Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by CA Juventud Unida's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Eliseo Mina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emil Arendarski quite easily take care of the ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 15th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Fix came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of play forced CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 22nd minute of the match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Arendarski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Rainer Marthaler might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rainer Marthaler ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Rainer Marthaler came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Petrigai in the 34th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesús Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesús Banana in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd of the match, Eliseo Mina tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Emil Arendarski got in the way and made a wonderful save. After some careless play in the CA Juventud Unida defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Arendarski. The CA Juventud Unida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Arendarski should have stopped the shot.

CA Juventud Unida's Witomir Milko was substituted for Albano Argider. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Saverio Petrigai notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Jesus Fix got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 1-2. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Petrigai in the 61st minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Saverio Petrigai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emil Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Arendarski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Petrigai came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th match minute, CA Juventud Unida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Cheche to maneuver through the defense. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Modesto Cheche hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, CA Juventud Unida's Witomir Milko got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
