Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mexico's Luca Zorita quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fulko Schwaderer, made in the 17th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Valentin Loos hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristian Willem Neuling saved Tiger from getting behind. 32 minutes into the match, Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 37th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Edmund Schoettle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Neuling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Tiger made a substitution. Bruno Mätz replaced Hartmut Weidenhammer. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmund Schoettle to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Neuling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Valentin Loos hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Zinédine Stoletzky hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Willem Neuling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 60th minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Fulko Schwaderer put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. Tiger's Ken Raus was substituted for Fulko Schwaderer. When Ken Raus came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Tiger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ken Raus couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Willem Neuling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Kristian Willem Neuling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Zinédine Stoletzky hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Neuling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Cazalla to maneuver through the defense. Kristian Willem Neuling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 96th minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling. Tiger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. When the referee ended the match the Mexico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
