Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Karl Martin Bell Burnell in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Rashad Bartlett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Deng Shu Kuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvinegro de Tupã's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deng Shu Kuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deng Shu Kuan in the 18th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Silvinho Meira was slow to take the kick. During this time Alvinegro de Tupã's players had a chance to rest. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a huge save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deng Shu Kuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27thth minute of the game Deng Shu Kuan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Deng Shu Kuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvinegro de Tupã's supporters rose to their feet, but Deng Shu Kuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Alvinegro de Tupã's Deng Shu Kuan in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Felix Montes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 38th match minute, Alvinegro de Tupã was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Ilixo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Alvinegro de Tupã was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lapurdi Jaramillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Martin Bell Burnell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deng Shu Kuan in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After 50 minutes, Rashad Bartlett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvinegro de Tupã and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Alvinegro de Tupã getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rashad Bartlett hit a great ball. Karl Martin Bell Burnell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 59th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rashad Bartlett in the 60th minute. Karl Martin Bell Burnell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deng Shu Kuan went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rashad Bartlett got free with Julio Vera in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Silvinho Meira was slow to take the kick. During this time Alvinegro de Tupã's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Lisandro Beltxe managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Martin Bell Burnell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86thth minute of the game Rashad Bartlett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karl Martin Bell Burnell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 89th minute of the match. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Deng Shu Kuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alvinegro de Tupã walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
