Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Donato Eladio got the match started through his kick off. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Eladio in the 4th minute of play. When Los del sur F. C's Donato Eladio in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. When Artemio Sanduru came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Los del sur F. C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Sanduru couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Los del sur F. C's Donato Eladio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 21st play minutes Donato Eladio shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. 24 minutes into the game, Donato Eladio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute of the match Los del sur F. C got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eusebio Umbruso ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eusebio Umbruso made a great header on Los del sur F. C's corner, it was just that Costa Rica's Benito Sanz managed to reach the ball for a save. Donato Eladio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Mariano Frascuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Donato Eladio notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Donato Eladio came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Los del sur F. C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Eladio couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. David Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Eladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Donato Eladio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute Donato Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Eladio in the 64th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Donato Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Donato Eladio made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Donato Eladio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Eladio in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Donato Eladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Eladio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Eladio came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Damiani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Donato Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Eladio in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 87th minute. Los del sur F. C's Donato Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Eladio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Los del sur F. C fully deserved thier win.
