Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zygmunt Bielejewski in the 2nd minute. The supporters of STAL ST WOLA booed when U21 Poland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamilo Glik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artaç Hendekli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artaç Hendekli, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Gigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Lech in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Gwidon Cwojdak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Walentowicz in the 15th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as STAL ST WOLA's Michel Batistuta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gigi Buffon. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Gwidon Cwojdak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Matai. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gwidon Cwojdak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michel Batistuta in the 24th minute. STAL ST WOLA's Roman Matai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Cwojdak in the 26th minute of play. Tolek Walentowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Roman Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in STAL ST WOLA's zone, Robertas Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Matai came out of the goal and Robertas Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes, Çağlar Soyuncu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the STAL ST WOLA and the U21 Poland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Çağlar Soyuncu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Baltazar de Amaral got a free kick in the 38th minute. 44 minutes into the match, STAL ST WOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Cwojdak came free, but Roman Matai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
