Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd match minute, Benknotorna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Apelqvist to maneuver through the defense. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geraldo Trullols in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Berganza got free with Arvin Ekerot in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Benknotorna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Majman in the 29th minute of play. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Benknotorna got a freekick which was hit by Ted Apelqvist. 45 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arvin Ekerot. Tomas Berganza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Bure was the one to do the kick off. Panama were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Benknotorna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abraham Alguacil took the corner. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Benknotorna's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. Abraham Alguacil made a great header on Panama's corner, it was just that Benknotorna's Arvin Ekerot managed to reach the ball for a save. Ted Apelqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 56th minute of play forced Benknotorna's goalkeeper Arvin Ekerot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvin Ekerot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Arvin Ekerot came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geraldo Trullols got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Geraldo Trullols tried to sneak it across the goal line. Patrik Matsson charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Matsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Benknotorna getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Patrik Matsson hit a great ball. Abraham Alguacil, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Benknotorna's Gustav Siöberg tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Panama's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
