Chile were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. Chile's Pedro Indiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Raphael Dantas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 6 played minutes Chile's Mariano Lacasa stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Raphael Dantas stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- of the goal. In the 10th minute, Orlando Casaus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simo Mihklisaar in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Raphael Dantas got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 20th minute of play forced Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Raphael Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Zatorski in the 21st minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Raphael Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Simo Mihklisaar came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Pedro Luiz Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Raphael Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 36th minute. A hard shot 40 in the game by Mariano Lacasa from a close distance when the talented Raphael Dantas managed to make a qualified save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Kristofer Peck was substituted for Simo Mihklisaar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbigniew Zatorski to strike the kick off in the second half. Kristofer Peck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Quirino was slow to take the kick. During this time Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s players had a chance to rest. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Thanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Zbigniew Zatorski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 69th minute of play forced Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Raphael Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbigniew Zatorski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. When Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Zbigniew Zatorski in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Raphael Dantas came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Raphael Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raphael Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Kristofer Peck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Raphael Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Zbigniew Zatorski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
