After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Marek Pruss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Pruss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jenni Martinez came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8.
