Ecuador were furious when Felix Montes was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Ecuador:s Julio Vera showed great skill when he stopped Sebastian Deissler:s penalty. Dynamo Kielce's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Urban Melin in the 65th minute. After taking down the ball on Dynamo Kielce's corner Urban Melin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Deissler in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luis Andino. In the 82nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Dynamo Kielce's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Luis Andino got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-1. 82 minutes into the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Dynamo Kielce's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
