Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Gladdarna's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Björkdahl came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Trulsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Björkdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Björkdahl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Niklas Lindfors sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Julio Vera threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Niklas Lindfors this time. IFK Gladdarna's Emanuel Björkdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Björkdahl. IFK Gladdarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Eugeniusz Cichewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. A hard shot 35 in the game by Emil Trulsson from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. In the 38th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Emanuel Björkdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

IFK Gladdarna made a substitution. Jakob Koch replaced Emil Trulsson. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 54th minute. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Emanuel Björkdahl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emanuel Björkdahl made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Emanuel Björkdahl made a huge save. 61 minutes into the game, IFK Gladdarna's Jakob Koch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The referee gave Ecuador a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Daniel Zorita, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of IFK Gladdarna's Emanuel Björkdahl. 1-4. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Björkdahl having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Hägglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goalkeeper Emanuel Björkdahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakob Koch in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. 76 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Björkdahl. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. After some careless play in the IFK Gladdarna defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Björkdahl. The IFK Gladdarna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Björkdahl should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Emanuel Björkdahl made a huge save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Arenstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Jakob Koch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakob Koch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. If Jakob Koch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, David Arenstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Gladdarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 94th minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and IFK Gladdarna's Emanuel Björkdahl didn't even have to move. In the 97th minute of the match Niklas Lindfors shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than IFK Gladdarna and deserved their victory. The IFK Gladdarna players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
