Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jed Gilmore got the match started through his kick off. Fletcher Huffman came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse. But to his dismay, Jonathan Alphonse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 7 minutes in the game Vicente Bowman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jed Gilmore. After 10 played minutes Grimes FC got a freekick which was hit by Anton Hood. 15 minutes into the game, Esteban Marrero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Haiti's Jean Claude Ulysse quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Grimes FC's Vicente Bowman got a free kick in the 16th minute. Vicente Bowman's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Bowman helped the player get up and apologised. Esteban Marrero made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lloyd Loyd immediately put the ball in play. Jean Claude Ulysse kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Del Clements shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the game Esteban Marrero made a throw-in which Brady Ivy played forward. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jed Gilmore in the 34th minute of play. Lloyd Loyd kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grimes FC's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Alphonse was the one to do the kick off. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Del Clements in the 58th minute of play. Haiti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Del Clements 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Jacques Wade's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacques Wade helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Grimes FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jacques Wade hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saint Jean Pierre to maneuver through the defense. Del Clements sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haiti's attentive Saint Jean Pierre managed to snatch the ball when Vicente Bowman made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. Esteban Marrero's late challenge caught a Haiti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Marrero helped the player get up and apologised. Esteban Marrero hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 92nd match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saint Jean Pierre to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 96 minutes, Jed Gilmore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grimes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jed Gilmore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grimes FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
