S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Luis Vasquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frits van Gaal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Frits van Gaal sent off a good shot on target. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Vasquez in the 33rd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 35th minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Vasquez in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 39th minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Frits van Gaal 45 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After 54 minutes S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. In the 57th minute, USA's Cassius Byrne dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Vassilis Nentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jacob May hit a great ball. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Pasha Opara was substituted for Juvenal Antunes. Simão Domingues hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, USA's Sam Campbell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vassilis Nentakis. Vassilis Nentakis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Magheran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbson Velasco in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pasha Opara was slow to take the kick. During this time S.E. Pindorama Eagles's players had a chance to rest. Róbson Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
