Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Delphine Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Fabian Kornecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Kornecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Kornecki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Fabian Kornecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Gogu in the 16th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Cadaval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Kornecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 34th minute of play forced Delphine Stars's goalkeeper Fabian Kornecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Delphine Stars's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. 38 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fabian Kornecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabian Kornecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Delphine Stars got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Cruz. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Delphine Stars's Cosme Damario got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match, Alberto Tafalla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabian Kornecki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Ştirbu in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Ştirbu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Liviu Gogu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabian Kornecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Kornecki having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Ştirbu in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Vasile Ştirbu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vasile Ştirbu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Fabian Kornecki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 81st minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Delphine Stars's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fabian Kornecki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Delphine Stars's goalkeeper Fabian Kornecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Fabian Kornecki however easily saved by the left post. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
