Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cesare Di Renzo got the match started through his kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Flavio Lavatrice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Lavatrice prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the match, Carmine Iannone notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flavio Lavatrice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play. Carmine Iannone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. In the 17th match minute, Molfetta sportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Cirigliano to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Flavio Lavatrice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Lavatrice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Molfetta sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Molfetta sportiva's Carmine Iannone looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sebastian Alecu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play forced Molfetta sportiva's goalkeeper Flavio Lavatrice to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmine Iannone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Diego Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Lavatrice narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice. Flavio Lavatrice was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Lavatrice having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Molfetta sportiva's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flavio Lavatrice quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Molfetta sportiva from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Flavio Lavatrice, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Iannone in the 61st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Flavio Lavatrice in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Cesare Di Renzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Cesare Di Renzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Melani, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Molfetta sportiva's goalkeeper Flavio Lavatrice had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Flavio Lavatrice was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. Dario Melani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Flavio Lavatrice was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 3-5. When Diego Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Mancebo couldn't finish the play. In the 95th match minute, Molfetta sportiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Cirigliano to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Molfetta sportiva throughout the match.
