The supporters of Hoberg United booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Hoberg United's Balázs Sebes. But to his dismay, Balázs Sebes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. After 94 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. There was no doubt that Hoberg United were the better team. Hoberg United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
