Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵政弘 in the 23rd minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, 吴邦勇 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. 吴邦勇 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. In the 33rd minute of the match, 吴邦勇 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Barrett saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 秦川适, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, 邵政弘 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
