None of the them looked very eager to play. 邵政邦 started the match with the kick off. 邵政邦 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. After 13 minutes, Mariano Lacasa made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. YugiPeeK ✈'s Harro Meier tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 邵政邦 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, YugiPeeK ✈'s Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 邵政邦, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 21st play minutes Mariano Lacasa shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Harro Meier and just under the crossbar into goal. Harro Meier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harro Meier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harro Meier. Harro Meier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play forced YugiPeeK ✈'s goalkeeper Harro Meier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by György Anlohse. 38 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harro Meier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Chile booed when YugiPeeK ✈ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Burger-Heidger didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Chile were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. Harro Meier was a little too slow when Mariano Lacasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 50th minute. The score was now 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in YugiPeeK ✈'s zone, Guillermo Fontirroig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harro Meier came out of the goal and Guillermo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that 邵政邦's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 邵政邦 in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Harro Meier made a huge save. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harro Meier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. The YugiPeeK ✈ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harro Meier should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邵政邦 in the 82nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Harro Meier. 0-8. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邵政邦, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Chile defense, 邵政邦 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than YugiPeeK ✈.
