After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milosz Biraga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milosz Biraga. IGloopoL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, IGloopoL's Iwo Czeszyk got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Francisco Seco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IGloopoL's Milosz Biraga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, IGloopoL's Mateusz Frodyma dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Franciszek Pilsudski made in the 21st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mateusz Frodyma however managed to control. After 22 minutes, Arturo Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruguay and the IGloopoL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, one of Uruguay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Uruguay. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Franciszek Pilsudski, made in the 31st minute of the game. Milosz Biraga came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Francisco Seco struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Milosz Biraga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Buda in the 36th minute of play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Francisco Seco put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Milosz Biraga. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Franciszek Pilsudski in the 45 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 46th minute of play forced IGloopoL's goalkeeper Milosz Biraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milosz Biraga came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After 52 played minutes IGloopoL got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Buda. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iwo Czeszyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milosz Biraga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Gisbert in the 63rd minute of play forced IGloopoL's goalkeeper Milosz Biraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd match minute, IGloopoL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Zaworski to maneuver through the defense. Milosz Biraga made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Maximiliano Escribano made a precise shot to the right of Milosz Biraga. IGloopoL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. 69 minutes into the match, IGloopoL's goalkeeper Milosz Biraga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. When Ludomil Zaworski fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IGloopoL's protests and gave Ludomil Zaworski a yellow card for diving instead. Uruguay made a substitution. Mateo Garrido replaced Camilo Franco. The supporters of Uruguay booed when IGloopoL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomil Zaworski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michal Ledochowski during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 75 minutes into the game, one of IGloopoL:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Escribano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Milosz Biraga was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After having played for 90 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Escribano got free with Milosz Biraga in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Uruguay's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
