Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Gonzalo Lixandro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Bras to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Lixandro in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Lixandro in the 7th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Macena hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 13th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Noboa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Israel Carvalhal. 15 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Qiu Chuan Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiu Chuan Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Gonzalo Lixandro sent off a good shot on target. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Qiu Chuan Ran was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After 36 minutes Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. In the 40th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiu Chuan Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Qiu Chuan Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Alonso Berganza got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Milagros Fraga struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Qiu Chuan Ran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Ventura in the 55th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Bras kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 57th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Qiu Chuan Ran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Milagros Fraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Qiu Chuan Ran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Lixandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Lixandro in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 66thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. 周平荣 hit a great ball. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Claudemiro Madureira was substituted for Israel Carvalhal. After 69 played minutes Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. got a freekick which was hit by 周平荣. Qiu Chuan Ran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Julian Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Ventura in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Qiu Chuan Ran got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Qiu Chuan Ran didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Modesto Bras in the 88 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 89th minute of play forced Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goalkeeper Qiu Chuan Ran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Gonzalo Lixandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Peru had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
