Bora Hazer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Gaona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Alp Barın in the 34th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bora Hazer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bora Hazer. Bora Hazer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's attentive Ergincan Özdal managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Zafer Musa got a free kick in the 64th minute. Bora Hazer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Cumali Neşat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game.
