With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sina Puro in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. FC NagelBitarna's Angelo Cavallaro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Andino, made in the 6th minute of the game. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sina Puro might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sina Puro ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sina Puro in the 10th minute of play. Piotr Giejda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 13th minute of play. Sina Puro took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of play forced FC NagelBitarna's goalkeeper Piotr Giejda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after FC NagelBitarna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sina Puro in the 29th minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Piotr Giejda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Piotr Giejda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piotr Giejda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Saelices went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sina Puro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. FC NagelBitarna's Piotr Giejda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save FC NagelBitarna from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sina Puro, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, FC NagelBitarna's Orvar Rudkvist got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute of the game Juan Sebastián Puig made a throw-in which Cristian Sancho played forward. Sina Puro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sina Puro in the 78th minute of play. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Piotr Giejda made a huge save. 81 minutes into the game, Orvar Rudkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC NagelBitarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to FC NagelBitarna getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Orvar Rudkvist hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Piotr Giejda in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 88 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Piotr Giejda managed to make a qualified save. FC NagelBitarna's players were relieved. In the 94th minute Sina Puro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC NagelBitarna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
