Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mariano Lacasa got the match started through his kick off. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 6th minute Laurentino Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Márcio Varanda. Márcio Varanda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 11th minute, Laurentino Fontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Laurentino Fontes came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 played minutes, Mindelos Academy's Laurentino Fontes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thiago Pliego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mindelos Academy reached it. Mindelos Academy's Márcio Varanda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Mindelos Academy from getting a goal against them. Márcio Varanda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Mindelos Academy's Márcio Varanda got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Márcio Varanda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute Laurentino Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Bartolomeo Roßberger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolomeo Roßberger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Mariano Lacasa could shoot a difficult shot in the 39th minute, which Márcio Varanda however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Mindelos Academy's Márcio Varanda got control of the ball when Guillermo Fontirroig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laurentino Fontes made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute of play forced Mindelos Academy's goalkeeper Márcio Varanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Mindelos Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariano Lacasa took the corner. 54 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Márcio Varanda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adriano Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aprígio Neiva during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mindelos Academy getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Aprígio Neiva hit a great ball. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Márcio Varanda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Adriano Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mindelos Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Henriques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 62nd minute of the match Aprígio Neiva completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aprígio Neiva a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Mindelos Academy getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Aprígio Neiva hit a great ball. Márcio Varanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Márcio Varanda having to make a save. Márcio Varanda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Márcio Varanda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alan Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Mindelos Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Márcio Varanda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Carballar. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Laurentino Fontes sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. After 87 minutes Mindelos Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gerardo Pozo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Márcio Varanda quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio Varanda was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Mindelos Academy's Deng Liang Qi got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute Guillermo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Varanda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mindelos Academy getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Paulo Eanes hit a great ball. Laurentino Fontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save.
