Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Serge Schophuis started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serge Schophuis went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Edwin Helwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwin Helwig. Beetje Moe Re-United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Overmars hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Beetje Moe Re-United's Edwin Helwig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serge Schophuis got free with Julio Vera in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roland Kleiker kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Edwin Helwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 27th minute of play. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edwin Helwig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beetje Moe Re-United's Serge Schophuis got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwin Helwig. The Beetje Moe Re-United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Edwin Helwig in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Beetje Moe Re-United's Edwin Helwig got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edwin Helwig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 59th minute of play forced Beetje Moe Re-United's goalkeeper Edwin Helwig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin Helwig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Andino's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Serge Schophuis made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Edwin Helwig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 71st minute. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beetje Moe Re-United's Ivo Mastebroek was substituted for Roger de Zaaijer. Roderick Israel charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roderick Israel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Beetje Moe Re-United's Edwin Helwig did a great save. The Beetje Moe Re-United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
