Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Filippo Inzaghi scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 2-5. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Inzaghi in the 58th minute of the match. Alessandro Del Piero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Aekchai Ngamdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
