Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Rusty Deering came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rusty Deering was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. ForestFire's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Rusty Deering despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rusty Deering was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Rusty Deering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Hickman. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rusty Deering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 46 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tuan Zimmerman to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Hart. In the 51st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Rusty Deering skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rusty Deering. That made the score 0-6 in the 59 minute of play. With a little luck, ForestFire's Rusty Deering got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rusty Deering having to interfere. Rusty Deering took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rusty Deering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 72nd minute of play. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Rusty Deering to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 77th play minute Daniel Zorita came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rusty Deering. 0-7. Robert Huddleston kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Sebastián Puig came free, but Rusty Deering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Max Hawthorne during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ForestFire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Hawthorne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Whitney Pelletier in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ForestFire throughout the match.
