Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo made the kick off and thus started the match. Tenorio Reiriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of the match. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tenorio Reiriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Viergol, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Sánchez Alborza in the 8th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Tenorio Reiriz came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona de América's zone, Luz Tejedor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tenorio Reiriz came out of the goal and Luz Tejedor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barcelona de América's Tenorio Reiriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Barcelona de América from getting a goal against them. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zayvion Ispuzua in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Zayvion Ispuzua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Zayvion Ispuzua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Caetano Levandowsky to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Levandowsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caetano Levandowsky went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Barcelona de América getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bradford Scalzo hit a great ball. Lorenzo Viergol took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Barcelona de América's goalkeeper Tenorio Reiriz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tenorio Reiriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tenorio Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Levandowsky in the 68th minute of the match. Tenorio Reiriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Bradford Scalzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barcelona de América made a substitution. Perlaza Lena replaced Thomas Ravousis. Bradford Scalzo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's Caetano Levandowsky sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Caetano Levandowsky took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Rolando Noboa to make any attempt to save it. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Tenorio Reiriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 90th minute of play. After 96 minutes Barcelona de América's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. The Peru manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Barcelona de América to win.
