Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stuart Byman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Efraim Gilabert. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Kenan Pınar in the 64th minute of play. VN Keleler's Harris Zoolingen was substituted for Doychin Konsulov. Pedrão Lira made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Seyit Bozbey however managed to control. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stuart Byman in the 73rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emmanuel Reyes hit a great ball. Harris Zoolingen hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. VN Keleler's Velimir Popchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
