In the 3rd minute Iacob Stătescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcu Tecău in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th minute, Simos Mastrogiannis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gavril Nițulescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalkeeper Gavril Nițulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavril Nițulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Peru's Eliseo Mina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gavril Nițulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efraim Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, A.S. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luz Tejedor got free with Gavril Nițulescu in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Moises Gayoso came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Gayoso couldn't finish the play. In the 36th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Alvarado to maneuver through the defense. Eduard Voinescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Peru's Luz Tejedor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gavril Nițulescu. Gavril Nițulescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Gavril Nițulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Gavril Nițulescu made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Peru booed when A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Murillo to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Gavril Nițulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavril Nițulescu saved A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavril Nițulescu came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Peru's Luz Tejedor got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalkeeper Gavril Nițulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Peru's Julian Murillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 79th minute of play forced A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalkeeper Gavril Nițulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Yu Bin Zheng sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalkeeper Gavril Nițulescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavril Nițulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 88th minute of play forced A.S. DRAGOSLAVELE's goalkeeper Gavril Nițulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Peru walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
