The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Vasco Bento hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 52 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Abram Sarmiento. After having played for 53 minutes, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogério Mitovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Levent Hicran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Mauro A Mare FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 64th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Rogério Mitovski. San Mauro A Mare FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Mitovski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. One of San Mauro A Mare FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Colombia:s goal. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Colombia. Kevin Mastache stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rogério Mitovski. 3-2. San Mauro A Mare FC's Rogério Mitovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Secada in the 87th minute of play. San Mauro A Mare FC's Mario Jardeløv got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, San Mauro A Mare FC's Mario Jardeløv dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-4 when Mario Jardeløv sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. In the 98th minute of the match, Mario Jardeløv got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
