JK Kurevere's Ago Leks proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save JK Kurevere from getting a goal against them. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ago Leks came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Montenegro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ago Leks was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ago Leks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. When Albert Reiljan came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the JK Kurevere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Reiljan couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ago Leks. The goal made the score 7-0. Ago Leks made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita scored 8-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ago Leks, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, JK Kurevere's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ago Leks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Ago Leks was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ago Leks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ago Leks was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ago Leks was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ago Leks saved JK Kurevere from getting behind. Ago Leks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, JK Kurevere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Meri to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of JK Kurevere's Ago Leks. Ago Leks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ago Leks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in JK Kurevere's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ago Leks came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ago Leks. Agustín Saelices scored 16-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ago Leks, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Ecuador were the better team. Ecuador's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
