Christiano Ronaldo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The Unione Sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Unione Sportiva's Su Xu Xi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernado Alves having to make a save. Fernado Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of play forced Unione Sportiva's goalkeeper Fernado Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernado Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Unione Sportiva's Christiano Ronaldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Unione Sportiva's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Axel Montenegro made a great header on Colombia's corner, it was just that Unione Sportiva's Fernado Alves managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 40th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Unione Sportiva's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Joshua Garrido fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fernado Alves quite easily take care of the ball. After 42 minutes Unione Sportiva's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joshua Garrido got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernado Alves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Tao Kun Xuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tao Kun Xuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Su Xu Xi was the one to do the kick off. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Su Xu Xi in the 51st minute of play. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernado Alves having to make a save. Fernado Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 55th minute of play. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernado Alves. Unione Sportiva's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 67th minute, Abram Sarmiento reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernado Alves. The goal made the score 2-3. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. In the 72nd minute, Su Xu Xi made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Su Xu Xi in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Su Xu Xi in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Su Xu Xi came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Xu Xi struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unione Sportiva. 89 minutes into the match, Su Xu Xi notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tao Kun Xuan struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unione Sportiva. Su Xu Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
