Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Richard Scholten got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 5th minute of play forced Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goalkeeper Jesus Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Satordi came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Satordi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danny Ings in the 14th minute. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Jesus Satordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cvetin Luković in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Satordi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Jesus Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 32nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ed Moore took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. 39 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Satordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesus Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of play. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jesus Satordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Elizabeth Three Lions FC made a substitution. Alastair Howson replaced Louis Lobb. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Jesus Satordi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Elizabeth Three Lions FC from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Jesus Satordi threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Qian Shu Chong's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qian Shu Chong helped the player get up and apologised. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Jesus Satordi made a huge save. Jesus Satordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cvetin Luković in the 67th minute of play. Jesus Satordi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 70th minute. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cvetin Luković in the 79th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jesus Satordi quite easily take care of the ball. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Quesada. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Jesus Satordi made a huge save. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Ings in the 92nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Scholten, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
