Camilo Gaos tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jonathan Ferrant. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 10th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hieronim Literski, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Hieronim Literski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donny Slot went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ege Vecih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 25th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Pavel Nedvěd kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Hieronim Literski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hieronim Literski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 44th minute, AC Pitt Bier's Donny Slot ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. The supporters of AC Pitt Bier booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Literski in the 52nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ege Vecih having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Donny Slot came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donny Slot in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ignat Dichkov hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Heebels in the 72nd minute of the match. AC Pitt Bier made a substitution. Bram Smits replaced Hieronim Literski. In the 75th minute of the game Pavel Nedvěd made a throw-in which Damien van Putten played forward. In the 77th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Borys Sienkiewicz, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal.
