Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jerry Soon kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Jerry Soon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Oakham's Jerry Soon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 20th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Wong Butcher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Jerry Soon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerry Soon really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Mark Koh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wong Butcher in the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Jerry Soon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryan Hui was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 41st minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Oakham booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Mark Koh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakham's supporters rose to their feet, but Mark Koh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Oakham got a freekick which was hit by Daniz Hsi. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asiz Rajah in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Asiz Rajah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Asiz Rajah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. In the 63rd minute, Asiz Rajah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After 66th play minutes Jerry Soon shot 7-1, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 68th minute, Joshua Secada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerry Soon went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. After 74 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniz Hsi in the 83 minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Soon came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asiz Rajah in the 86th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Oakham booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Soon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Jerry Soon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Jerry Soon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Soon in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Jerry Soon. But to his dismay, Jerry Soon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. Oakham's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
