Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Matos Velhos's Sabino Vilhena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 8th minute of play forced Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Silvino got free with Dante Lacasa in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Lorenzo Cazalla put in a rough tackle. Tord Böcklund shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 29 minutes into the game, Matos Velhos's Júlio Gentil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Vilhena in the 31st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito de Godoi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Luca Zorita. But to his dismay, Luca Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vito de Godoi. Vito de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Matos Velhos's goalkeeper Vito de Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vito de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Júlio Gentil notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lautaro Mancebo to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. In the 51st minute, Sabino Vilhena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adalberto Peres hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Matos Velhos's Henrique Candal was substituted for Sabino Vilhena. Matos Velhos made a substitution. In the 77th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vito de Godoi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Candal's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Henrique Candal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Matos Velhos fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Matos Velhos's Henrique Candal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute, Lee Beckford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Matos Velhos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Gentil, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Henrique Candal notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lee Beckford in the 96th minute of the match. Matos Velhos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
