Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Zeledon Ilazki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. In the 6th minute, Ecuador's Luis Andino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zeledon Ilazki. Zeledon Ilazki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Daniel Zorita succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 10th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Zeledon Ilazki in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Ilazki having to interfere. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Ilazki. Zeledon Ilazki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Luis Andino sped through Sportivo Mela Banco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. In the 34th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Cristian Sancho played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Zeledon Ilazki in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristian Sancho scored 8-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Ilazki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zeledon Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

Cristian Sancho scored 10-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Ilazki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Ilazki was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 59th minute, Luis Andino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. Sportivo Mela Banco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. In the 63rd minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Sportivo Mela Banco's Zeledon Ilazki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 66th minute of play. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Agustín Saelices sped through Sportivo Mela Banco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. In the 72nd minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Daniel Zorita played forward. Zeledon Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. Sportivo Mela Banco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Ilazki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. Sportivo Mela Banco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 16-0. Zeledon Ilazki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 17-0 was the resulting score. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Ecuador's Agustín Saelices looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 18-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 90th minute of play forced Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Zeledon Ilazki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Sebastián Puig made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luis Andino however managed to control. Zeledon Ilazki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Sportivo Mela Banco defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Ilazki. The Sportivo Mela Banco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Ilazki should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
